Ionic Foot Detox

Often called an ionic footbath, this detoxification method involves the use of an ionizing ball placed in warm water to create bioelectric charges. It is theorized that the ions produced during the session are absorbed through feet where they attack and neutralize toxic substances. During the footbath the color of the water often changes. These changes can be an indication of which organs or areas detoxing:

• Black or brown: The liver
• Orange: The joints
• Dark green: Kidneys, urinary tract
• Black flecks: Blood clots
• White foam: Lymph nodes draining

Ionic Footbath supports in the following areas:

• Arthritis pain and stiffness

Ionic Footbath sessions typically last about 30 minutes.

They are not recommended for the following:

• Expectant mothers
• Nursing mothers
• People with pacemakers
