Supplementation can provide wonderful benefits, but without a customized eating plan it is impossible to reach truly good health. My holistic approach looks at all aspects of life and guide you toward balance. Testing for nutritional deficiencies or excesses gives a good starting point for ideal amounts of vitamins and minerals to be supplemented. Other benefits of testing include examination of digestive function, glandular strength (thyroid and adrenals), and toxic metal levels. In some cases food allergy testing can reveal hidden causes of symptoms. After the test results are reviewed a customized program is developed for each person. This is a one hour appointment.
Nutrition consult + food allergy testing- all the above plus testing for common food allergies: Dairy, corn, wheat, gluten, soy, caffeine, chocolate. Food allergies can contribute to many conditions including sinus problems, joint issues, headaches, skin problems, nausea, stomach pain, irritability or nervousness, and heartburn. $70.00. Immediate results from testing.
Nutritional consult + hair analysis (undyed hair only)- tests all essential mineral levels which affect brain function, digestive function, heart health, skin health, immune health, thyroid and adrenaline balance, ETC. Test for heavy metals including mercury, cadmium, lead, aluminum. $100.00+$50.00 for follow up.
Nutritional consult+ blood test for essential minerals and heavy metals. This test is used if the hair is dyed. $186.00+$50.00 for follow up.
Nutrition consult + Saliva hormone test- the most accurate way to test hormones. $201.00+$50.00 for follow up. Testing can be covered by insurance in some cases. Tricare, Medicare PT B.
